The Opportunity:
A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Chester is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to handle a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. The Role:
You will manage your own caseload of personal injury matters from instruction through to conclusion, working across a broad range of claims. The role offers exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to develop your expertise as part of an experienced and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters from onset to conclusion; dealing with litigated matters.
Advising clients throughout the claims process.
Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
Liaising with insurers, medical experts, counsel and other third parties.
Progressing matters efficiently while maintaining excellent client care.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
About You:
The successful candidate will have:
Qualified Solicitor status in England and Wales.
Previous experience handling claimant personal injury matters.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
The ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
A proactive and positive approach to teamwork.
