Role Overview
You'll handle a range of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts and estate administration, while also supporting on more complex work. Working closely with a senior solicitor, you'll be involved in progressing files, managing deadlines and maintaining client relationships. The role includes exposure to inheritance tax planning and structuring work, alongside day-to-day instructions.
Candidate Profile
Likely to suit a private client solicitor around 2-4 PQE as a guide. You'll have solid experience across wills, probate and estate administration, with some exposure to trusts and tax matters. You should be comfortable managing your own files, organised in your approach and confident dealing directly with clients. An interest in developing further technical expertise is important.
