An opportunity for an experienced private client lawyer to join a well-established team with a strong reputation and a clear focus on growth in the Liverpool market.

This is a full-service firm with a long-standing presence in the North West. The private client team is one of its largest and most established departments, with a consistent flow of work and a reputation for delivering considered, client-focused advice.
The team is experienced, collaborative, and well structured, offering a stable platform for the new hire to step into.
Role overview
You'll manage a varied caseload across estate planning, trusts, probate, and estate administration, alongside work involving inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and care fee planning.
There is already a solid base of work and internal referrals, but the role sits within a wider plan to strengthen the firm's presence in Liverpool. As such, you'll be encouraged to build relationships locally and contribute to the ongoing development of the offering.
You'll work closely with experienced colleagues while retaining autonomy over your own matters, with scope to take on more responsibility as the team continues to grow.
Candidate profile
Likely to suit a private client solicitor with around 5+ PQE, although this is a guide rather than a strict requirement.
You'll have a strong grounding in private client work and be comfortable managing your own caseload independently. Attention to detail, clear communication, and a measured approach to client care are all important.
An interest in contributing to business development and building a local profile would be advantageous, particularly given the growth focus in Liverpool.
