This is an opportunity to join a well-regarded national firm's Leeds office, working within a growing and well-supported property litigation team. The role is suited to a junior to early-mid level solicitor and offers exposure to high-quality commercial property disputes, with genuine scope to build technical depth and progress within the team over time.
The firm
The firm has a strong UK-wide reputation and is consistently recognised for the quality of its real estate and disputes work. Its Leeds office is well established and known for a collaborative culture, approachable partners and access to complex, high-value matters. Teams work closely across offices, but Leeds has a strong identity and a stable client base in its own right.
The role
You will advise on a broad range of commercial property disputes, including development agreements, lease renewals, dilapidations and service charge issues. The work spans multiple sectors and includes institutional and blue-chip clients.
You'll support senior lawyers on larger, more complex disputes while also running appropriate matters independently. The emphasis is on developing sound technical judgement, confidence with clients and a clear understanding of how property disputes play out commercially. As the Leeds team continues to grow, there is real opportunity to shape your position within it.
About you
This role is likely to suit a qualified solicitor around 0-4 PQE as a guide, with experience in property litigation or commercial litigation with a strong property focus. You'll be comfortable drafting and advising, pragmatic in your approach to disputes, and keen to develop within a structured, supportive team environment.
