A law firm in Sale is looking for a Civil Litigation Solicitor to handle a mix of property disputes and contentious probate, working closely with an experienced senior lawyer within its wider dispute resolution team.
This could suit someone who enjoys advising individuals on varied disputes and wants to develop their experience with access to specialist colleagues.
The firm
The firm is an established, full-service practice with offices across Greater Manchester and Cheshire. It is part of a wider legal group providing investment and central support, while retaining local leadership.
The role
The caseload combines property disputes for individuals, including boundary disputes, with contentious probate and related civil litigation.
You'll work mainly alongside a senior lawyer whose practice includes residential property disputes, contentious probate and trusts. The appointment replaces a lawyer who has moved to a role closer to home.
Your background
You may be a property litigator with contentious probate experience, or a broader civil litigation solicitor accustomed to handling both areas within a varied caseload.
Experience gained in a smaller practice could be particularly relevant. The firm is also open to discussing the opportunity with a contentious probate specialist, depending on their experience and preferred direction.
Working arrangements
Sale is the intended base, although other office locations may be considered for the right person. The firm offers flexible and hybrid working, with the arrangements to be discussed during the recruitment process.
