Role Overview
- Managing a full commercial property caseload from instruction through to completion
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals and leasing matters
- Carrying out title checks, searches and reporting clearly to clients
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, agents and third parties
- Ensuring compliance with lender requirements and internal procedures
- Preparing completion statements and billing accurately in line with firm processes
Candidate Profile
- Likely to suit around 5+ PQE as a guide
- Open to qualified solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers or experienced QBE lawyers
- Strong experience in commercial conveyancing matters
- Comfortable handling files independently and maintaining client relationships
- May appeal to someone seeking a more autonomous role or a step into a Partner-level position
