Role Overview

• Handling a broad commercial property caseload including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters and development work
• Acting for a mix of regional businesses, investors and property companies
• Taking ownership of files with appropriate autonomy
• Supporting and, where appropriate, supervising more junior lawyers
• Building and maintaining client relationships over time
• Contributing to the ongoing development of the team in Preston

Candidate Profile

• Likely to suit around 5+ PQE as a guide
• Experience across a range of commercial property matters
• Comfortable managing their own caseload with limited supervision
• An interest in developing longer-term client relationships
• May suit someone currently in a larger firm considering a different platform, or someone already operating in the regional market
