First Response Adviser

You will be the first point of contact for all new claims. You will help customers understand their legal rights and options when starting their claims. You will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls and therefore being organised with an excellent telephone manner is a must.

This would suit someone ideally looking to pursue a legal career. A background within first response or a similar role previously would be advantageous as would someone with customer service/ contact center experience.

You will have have a professional approach, excellent time management skills, the ability to work in a fast paced environment as well as excellent IT skills.

Salary is competitive together with excellent benefits. This is a full time office based role. Working hours are 9-5, although some clients do require flexibility on occasion.
