A well established firm in Sale, is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their dedicated team. This role offers a unique chance to work in a supportive environment that values work life balance and a practical approach to conveyancing.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential property files, primarily focusing on freehold transactions. You will handle around 60-70 active files at any given time, ensuring a smooth process from instruction to completion. The role is office based, ideally full time, but some flexibility can be offered to suit your needs. The salary for this position is around £45,000, with flexibility depending on your experience. Additional benefits include a friendly and supportive working culture and the opportunity to focus on quality conveyancing without unnecessary pressure.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in handling a general residential conveyancing caseload. You must be comfortable managing files from instruction to completion and possess strong organisational skills. While being qualified as a solicitor, CILEX, or licensed conveyancer is advantageous, it is not essential. The key is your ability to work autonomously within a supportive team environment.
