An established and multi disciplinary law firm based with offices across the North West are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team.
The Role:
You will be dealing with your own case load of Residential Conveyancing matters to include sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of ownership, right to buy and buy to let.
You will be able to deal with matters from onset to completion and have solid experience and understanding of the Conveyancing process including sales, purchases, land registry and searches.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will ideally have 2 years experience working in a Residential Conveyancing role.
You will have strong attention to detail, be able to work well under pressure and have excellent organisational skills.
Knowledge of case management systems such as Solcase and visualfiles.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary is dependent on experience.
This is a full time permanent role and is office based. Hours of work are 9-5.
