The team advises on a diverse array of projects, including energy, utilities, social infrastructure, and transport, providing innovative and commercial advice from inception through the projects lifecycle.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Associate in the Manchester office, you will work on commercial contracts related to infrastructure and public services. You will advise on a wide range of issues within the energy, utilities, social infrastructure, and transport sectors. Your clients will include public sector bodies, utilities, companies, developers, and financial institutions.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in at least one of the Infrastructure, Energy, and Transport sectors at a national or international level. Strong drafting skills and the ability to manage complex transactions are essential. You should be client-facing, ambitious, and confident in delivering high-standard work. A passion for business development and the ability to support and mentor junior colleagues are also important. Resilience and commercial common sense are key, as our clients often require advice on short notice or against challenging deadlines.
