An exciting role has emerged for a skilled Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our clients award-winning Private Client team in Cheshire.

Our client, an esteemed legal practice, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to enhance their expanding team. With many years of experience, they pride themselves on their personal approach, client care, and use of the latest technology to deliver efficient and cost-effective services.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will provide expert legal advice on Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection. You will manage a varied caseload independently while ensuring excellent client care. Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in business development, marketing, and networking activities.
The salary for this Private Client Solicitor role is up to £40,000, pro rata for part-time candidates, depending on experience together with excellent benefits. The position offers full-time hours, with the possibility of part-time for the right candidate. Hybrid working is available after a successful probation period
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in estate administration, Wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills are essential. You should be proactive, able to manage a varied caseload independently, and work with limited supervision.
