Role Overview
- Advising on a wide range of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, and trust work
- Handling complex trust files and supporting high net worth individuals with succession and tax planning
- Managing your own caseload with a degree of autonomy, alongside support from the wider team
- Working across multiple offices, engaging with different client groups and referral sources
- Contributing to the ongoing development of the private client offering within the firm
Candidate Profile
Likely to suit a private client solicitor with around 3+ PQE as a guide, although broader experience will be considered. You should be comfortable handling your own matters, with experience in trusts and estate administration. A practical, steady approach and an interest in building a long-term role within a regional firm will fit well here.
