Employment Solicitor (4+ PQE)
Location: Rhyl, North Wales
Salary: Circa £40,000 (depending on experience)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded North Wales law firm at its Rhyl office.
You will be working closely alongside a senior Partner with over 25 years' experience and a strong reputation for delivering pragmatic, client-focused advice across a broad range of employment matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their expertise within a supportive and reputable team.
The Role
The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of employment law matters, advising both employers and employees. Work will include:
Unfair and constructive dismissal claims
Discrimination matters
Redundancy and restructuring exercises
TUPE advice
Drafting contracts, policies, and procedures
Employment tribunal representation
You will have exposure to a wide range of clients, from SMEs to larger organisations, as well as individual claimants.
About You:
Qualified Solicitor with ideally 4+ years' PQE in Employment Law
Strong technical knowledge across contentious and non-contentious matters
Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and client care skills
A pragmatic, commercial approach to problem solving
