The Opportunity
With a solid foundation already in place, the role offers genuine scope to grow and shape the litigation department, with a clear route through to Director level.
The Role
- Take over and manage an established civil litigation caseload from instruction to resolution
- Advise on a broad range of matters including commercial disputes, property litigation, debt recovery and general civil disputes
- Support clients across both private and commercial matters, often working closely with other departments
- Lead the ongoing development and expansion of the litigation offering
- Contribute to business development in a measured, relationship-led way
About You
- Qualified solicitor with around 5+ years' PQE in civil litigation
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own caseload
- Broad, generalist litigation experience with the flexibility to handle a varied workload
- Interest in developing a department and stepping into a leadership position
- Strong client handling skills with a practical, commercial approach
