Role Overview

• Taking full responsibility for the firm's commercial property caseload

• Advising on landlord and tenant matters across retail, office and mixed-use property

• Acting for developers and property investors

• Supporting on the property elements of corporate acquisitions and disposals

• Contributing to the continued development and profile of the commercial property offering

Candidate Profile

Likely to suit a solicitor with around 5-10 years' PQE as a guide.

You will have:

• A solid grounding in commercial property and landlord and tenant law

• Experience acting for developers and investor clients

• Familiarity with SIPP and SASS transactions

• Exposure to corporate support work on acquisitions and disposals

• An interest in helping to develop and strengthen a commercial property practice

There are genuine long-term prospects within the firm for the right individual, particularly for someone who wants to take ownership of a practice area rather than sit within a large team.
