Newly Qualified Contentious Probate Solicitor sought for large national law firm with offices in Liverpool.
Ideally with experience of some of the following:
- Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
- Disputes surrounding the ownership of assets under the Trust of Land, Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 and constructive trust cases.
- Executor and trustee disputes.
- Will validity challenges.
Salary of £50,000 upwards, bonus plus hybrid/flexible working.
Candidates who are newly qualified up to 2 years experience are urged to apply for this unique and interesting role.
