Property Litigation Solicitor

The Role

Youll take responsibility for your own caseload while also working alongside senior lawyers on complex, high-value disputes. Matters will include:

• Landlord and tenant issues

• Real estate litigation

• Property contract and ownership disputes

• A broad mix of contentious property work for both commercial and private clients

This is a client-facing role where youll have the chance to develop strong relationships and play an active part in the continued growth of the team. The position is based in either Kendal or Preston, with flexibility to work across offices and from home.

About You

• Qualified solicitor with experience in property litigation

• Confident handling matters such as real property, landlord and tenant, and contractual disputes

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to run your own files under supervision

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Enthusiasm for business development and building your professional profile
