Newly Qualified to 1 Years' PQE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor from Newly Qualified up to around 1 years' PQE to join a growing commercial law firm in Liverpool.
Working alongside an experienced Corporate Partner, you'll advise a broad range of owner-managed businesses, SMEs and entrepreneurs on corporate transactions and commercial matters. You'll gain exposure to acquisitions and disposals, company reorganisations, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts and general corporate advisory work.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build their career within an ambitious and supportive team where you'll benefit from close mentoring, early client contact and genuine responsibility from the outset.
The firm has invested heavily in the growth of its Liverpool office over recent years and continues to recruit as demand from its commercial client base increases.
