A well-established and growing commercial law firm is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join its expanding team in Liverpool.
This is a priority hire following continued growth and increasing demand from clients across a broad range of sectors. The team advises employers on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters and has built a strong reputation for providing practical, commercially focused advice.
The role would suit an Employment Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE, although more experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply. Candidates with employment tribunal experience or exposure would be of particular interest, although this is not essential.
You will advise on:
- Employment tribunal claims
- Disciplinary and grievance matters
- Redundancy and restructuring processes
- Settlement agreements
- Employment contracts and policies
- Day-to-day HR and employment advisory work
The successful candidate will:
- Be qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales
- Have at least 2 years' PQE in employment law
- Be commercially minded and client-focused
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative and ambitious team
The team is primarily based in Liverpool, although the firm can offer flexibility around office location across its North West offices.
