Family Solicitor

This is a multi-office Yorkshire practice with an established presence across the region. The family team operates collaboratively across locations rather than from a single central hub, offering a broad spread of work and consistent internal support.

Role Overview

• Manage a caseload of private family matters, with a focus on divorce and financial remedy work
• Support on more complex financial cases alongside senior colleagues
• Work closely with the Family Partner, Alex Kennedy
• Engage with clients from initial instruction through to resolution
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices as part of a wider team structure
• Contribute to the continued development of the family offering as the team grows

Candidate Profile

• Likely to suit a solicitor around 1 PQE as a guide
• Experience handling, or assisting on, financial remedy matters is important
• Comfortable managing client relationships and progressing matters with supervision
• Open to candidates from regional or national firm backgrounds
