Are you a newly qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, or do you have up to one year's PQE in Private Client work? If you're looking to build your career with a supportive and well-established team, this could be an excellent opportunity.
An established North West law firm is looking to recruit an NQ to 1 year PQE Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing team. The role offers the opportunity to work across several offices in the Liverpool and Wirral area, advising a broad range of clients on high-quality private client matters.
You'll manage your own caseload with support from experienced colleagues, gaining exposure to a varied mix of work including:
- Wills
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts
- Estate and inheritance tax planning
- Court of Protection matters, including work involving vulnerable clients
You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to business development, develop relationships with clients and professional contacts, and support the firm's marketing activities through articles and content.
The successful candidate will have:
- Be a newly qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, or have up to one year's PQE in Private Client law
- Have completed a Private Client seat during training or gained relevant post-qualification experience
- Ideally have some exposure to Court of Protection work
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A proactive, organised approach and a genuine enthusiasm for developing a career in Private Client law
Experience of property-related private client matters would be an advantage, as would access to your own vehicle, although neither is essential.
