Role Overview
You'll advise on a broad range of family matters including divorce, financial settlements, property arrangements, and children issues, often involving high-value assets and complex circumstances. You'll manage matters from instruction through to conclusion, providing clear, measured advice at what are often critical points for clients. Alongside your caseload, you'll work closely with partners, contributing to the ongoing development of the team and maintaining strong client relationships. There is also scope to get involved in business development and wider firm activity where appropriate.
Candidate Profile
Likely to suit a family solicitor with around 5+ PQE. You'll have solid experience across divorce, financial matters, and children work, and be confident managing more complex cases independently. This role will suit someone who takes a considered, empathetic approach to client work and is comfortable working closely with senior colleagues while maintaining autonomy.
