The Role
Oversee and manage the firms Post Completions team, ensuring smooth running of both residential and commercial property matters.
Take responsibility for departmental performance, compliance, and client service standards.
Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, driving efficiency and best practice across the team.
Support and mentor junior team members while liaising with senior management on strategy and growth.
About You
5-10 years experience in post completions work, with exposure to both residential and commercial property.
Proven ability to manage a caseload while overseeing departmental workflows.
Previous management or supervisory experience is desirable, but those with strong leadership potential will also be considered.
Highly organised, proactive, and confident in implementing process improvements.
