ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Employment Paralegal in Manchester, you will work directly with a highly respected partner recognised in the Legal 500 for his work in employment law. The role involves supporting the partner on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements. You will prepare bundles, witness statements, and correspondence for Tribunal proceedings, conduct legal research, and provide case support. Additionally, you will liaise with clients and handle day-to-day case management under supervision.
The salary for this Employment Paralegal role ranges from £26,000 to £30,000, depending on experience. ABOUT YOU
To excel as an Employment Paralegal, you should have proven experience within an employment law setting.
