Corporate Solicitor Partner

The Role:

You will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex corporate transactions and projects, supporting the growth and development of the team and wider firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer who enjoys business development and client relationship management, and who is ready to contribute strategically to the firms success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and completing corporate transactions from start to finish.

• Generating new work from existing clients, introducers, and your own network.

• Playing an active role in business development and marketing initiatives.

• Supervising and supporting colleagues, including junior fee earners.

• Attending clients in person and by phone, maintaining the highest standards of client care.

• Overseeing file management, compliance, billing, and time recording.

• Actively contributing to group meetings and wider firm initiatives.

• Upholding the firms values and contributing to its long-term growth.

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years PQE in corporate law.

• Strong technical ability and proven track record in managing corporate deals.

• Commercial acumen and enthusiasm for developing business.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• A collaborative team player with leadership potential or existing experience.
