Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload of corporate matters in line with professional standards and compliance requirements.
Generating fee income while ensuring proper control of time recording, billing, and cash collection.
Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management.
Supervising and supporting junior colleagues, including Paralegals, where required.
Attending clients in person and over the phone, providing advice and support in a professional, approachable manner.
Participating in group meetings, firm-wide marketing activities, and networking opportunities.
What Were Looking For:
1-4 years post-qualified experience within corporate law.
A proactive and well-organised individual with excellent communication skills.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Strong IT and case management skills, with a commitment to efficient working practices.
