It offers the opportunity to develop within a specialist practice with strong existing client relationships and consistent workflow.

The Preston office remains a key hub for the firm, with an established litigation practice and collaborative working environment.
Role Overview
- Advising on a broad range of commercial property disputes
- Handling matters involving landlord and tenant issues, forfeiture, lease renewals, dilapidations and possession claims
- Supporting on more complex strategic disputes involving property portfolios and development land
- Working directly with experienced senior lawyers on high-value and ongoing client matters
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision depending on experience
- Building long-term client relationships with commercial and property sector clients
Candidate Profile
- Likely to suit a solicitor with around 2-5 years' PQE as a guide
- Experience in property litigation is essential
- Commercial litigation lawyers with strong property disputes exposure may also be considered
- Comfortable managing files and client relationships with increasing autonomy
- Strong communication skills and a commercially grounded approach
