Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) | Liverpool
A highly regarded North West law firm is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ-3 years' PQE) to join its growing team in Liverpool.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor to join a respected practice with a strong reputation for providing commercially focused advice to businesses, property owners, landlords and tenants. You'll gain exposure to high-quality work, work closely with experienced lawyers and enjoy genuine opportunities for development and progression.
The Role
You will advise on a broad range of property disputes, including:
- Commercial landlord and tenant matters
- Possession and forfeiture claims
- Dilapidations disputes
- Easements, rights of way and restrictive covenants
- Leasehold disputes
- Property-related contractual disputes
- General commercial property litigation matters
The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive and collaborative team, managing their own caseload while receiving mentoring and guidance from experienced property litigation specialists.
About You
Applications are welcomed from newly qualified solicitors through to those with up to 3 years' PQE who have gained experience in property litigation or commercial litigation and have a genuine interest in developing a career in this area.
