Role Overview
You will work closely with a senior Partner and the wider property team on a varied caseload.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
Managing searches, enquiries and drafting documentation
Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
Preparing contracts, transfer deeds and completion statements
Handling post-completion work
Gaining exposure to commercial property matters where appropriate
This is not a purely administrative position. You will be involved in transactions from an early stage and trusted with client contact.
Candidate Profile
This role is likely to suit someone with a minimum of 12 months' residential conveyancing experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
Some exposure to commercial property would be advantageous, though it is not essential.
You should be:
Comfortable managing your own workload
Confident communicating with clients
Organised and detail-focused
Motivated to build a long-term career in property law
