A well-established and highly regarded Top 50 commercial law firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Real Estate Senior Associate to join its growing property team.
This opportunity has arisen due to the departure of a long-standing senior team member and offers the chance to step into a visible and important role within a busy and successful practice.
The Role
You will join a respected real estate team acting for a broad range of commercial clients including investors, retailers, developers and owner-managed businesses.
The caseload is varied and high quality, with work including:
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Investment portfolio work
* Development and asset management matters
* Real estate support on corporate transactions
* General commercial property advisory work
The team acts for an established client base across a range of sectors and offers excellent quality work together with strong client contact and responsibility.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
* Be a qualified solicitor with solid experience in commercial real estate
* Ideally be operating at Senior Associate level or approaching that level
* Have strong technical ability and commercial awareness
* Be confident managing client relationships and handling matters independently
* Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a wider commercial team
* Be proactive, reliable and commercially minded
* Be willing to contribute positively to the culture and wider success of the firm
