About the Firm
This is a well-established regional practice with a longstanding client base and a straightforward, team-oriented working style. The conveyancing team is structured to provide fee earners with dedicated support, allowing lawyers to focus on running files and maintaining client relationships rather than administrative pressures.
Role Overview
- Managing a general residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Working as part of a team of three conveyancers, each supported by their own assistant
- Maintaining consistent client communication throughout transactions
- Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Hybrid working available following successful completion of probation
Candidate Profile
- Likely to suit someone with around 3 years' conveyancing experience or more as a guide
- Open to qualified solicitors, licensed conveyancers or candidates qualified by experience
- Able to manage a residential caseload with a good level of autonomy
- Comfortable working within a client-facing environment with a practical and organised approach
- Looking for a long-term move within a stable and supportive team
