Salary: £34,000 - £48,000 + Bonus + Hybrid Working
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join the established Property team of a well-regarded regional law firm.
Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced conveyancer to its Tarporley office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team with a strong local reputation, handling a quality residential conveyancing caseload with excellent administrative support and genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, dealing with a broad range of matters including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Re-mortgages
Transfers of equity
New build transactions
Help to Buy matters
You'll be supported by an experienced secretarial and administrative team, together with a modern case management system, allowing you to focus on delivering an excellent client experience.
The role also offers the opportunity to become involved in networking and business development activities to further strengthen the firm's already established presence within the local market.
About You

Ideally you will have:
Around 3 years' experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process.
Excellent client care and communication skills.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive approach and an interest in developing long-term client relationships.
