ABOUT THE FIRM
Our client is seeking a dedicated Litigation - Clinical Negligence professional to join their esteemed team. This role offers a chance to work with a small, dynamic team that represents clients in resolving medical disputes against healthcare providers, including GPs, NHS Trusts, private hospitals, dentists, pharmacists, and care homes.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Litigation, Clinical Negligence specialist, you will liaise with healthcare professionals, communicate directly with clients and defendants, and work closely with medical agencies. You will also be responsible for sorting medical records, preparing bundles, and running smaller cases from start to finish under supervision. ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent written and communication skills, the ability to organise work with shifting priorities and deadlines, and be flexible and adaptable. Ideally, you will have a background in the medical field or experience in a legal setting.
