A well-established firm in Chester is looking to appoint an experienced Dispute Resolution / Civil Litigation Solicitor (4+ PQE). This is a hands-on role within a busy and supportive department, offering high-quality, varied work and a stable, friendly team environment.

The team is known for delivering clear, commercially minded advice to a longstanding client base across both private client and company/commercial matters. Role Overview
You will handle a broad caseload of general litigation work generated internally from other departments, including:
Property and boundary disputes
Contractual disputes
Professional negligence matters
Landlord and tenant issues
Probate and Inheritance Act claims
TOLATA and proprietary estoppel cases
Shareholder and partnership disputes
You will work alongside and be supported by a senior solicitor (20+ PQE), as well as a trainee CILEX and administrative support.
Candidate Profile
Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years civil litigation experience
Confident in managing a diverse caseload with minimal supervision
Strong client-handling skills and a practical approach to dispute resolution
Able to contribute to a positive team culture

Contractual bonus based on fees received
£5.50 per day parking contribution
