ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will work alongside Law Society panel members, handling a mixed caseload of multi-track cases. You will be responsible for managing all documents related to client matters using the case management system, ensuring compliance with file management, and advising clients on legal issues. Additionally, you will instruct Counsel and experts, comply with Court and tribunal deadlines, and represent clients in tribunals and Courts when required.
The role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday allowance (excluding bank holidays), a pension scheme, healthcare cash plan, life assurance, and a bonus scheme. The firm also provides a flexible, agile working environment.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience (NQ-2 years PQE) in Clinical Negligence. You must be a team player with the ability to work independently, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and effective time management are essential. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is crucial.
