Role Overview
- Advising on a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Managing your own caseload of smaller and mid-sized disputes under partner supervision.
- Assisting partners and senior lawyers on complex and high-value litigation.
- Working on matters including commercial contract disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims and insolvency litigation.
- Advising on injunctions, search orders, banking disputes, franchise disputes and reputation management matters.
- Supporting client relationship development and wider practice growth initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Likely to suit lawyers with around 2-6 years' PQE as a guide.
You should have:
- Strong litigation training and experience gained within a national or leading regional law firm.
- Experience acting for SME and owner-managed business clients.
- Excellent technical and procedural litigation knowledge.
- Confidence managing files with appropriate supervision.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
