The Role
This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced partners on high-value cases while developing your own caseload. Youll gain exposure to a broad mix of litigation work, with a particular focus on High Court claims, professional negligence, insurance-related disputes, and reputation management.
Key to this position is confidence in managing the procedural aspects of litigation, including preparing bundles and managing files. Its an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to build expertise in complex disputes within a supportive and ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of commercial disputes, including professional negligence and insurance-related matters.
- Supporting senior lawyers on High Court proceedings and high-value litigation.
- Preparing bundles, managing files, and drafting key litigation documents.
- Delivering practical, commercial advice to clients.
- Ensuring efficient case progression while maintaining exceptional client service.
About You
- 2-3 years PQE as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor.
- Demonstrable High Court litigation experience.
- Exposure to professional negligence, insurance, or reputation-related disputes (preferred).
- Excellent drafting skills and strong technical ability.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
