A well-established regional law firm in Stockport is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor (1-5 PQE) to join its established real estate team. The role has arisen as the department continues to see a steady flow of work and is looking to strengthen the team with an additional solicitor who can manage their own caseload while developing within a supportive environment.

This is a respected regional firm with a strong presence across Greater Manchester and a broad full-service offering to both businesses and individuals. The firm is known for its collaborative culture and long-standing client relationships.
The commercial property team is led by an experienced partner who remains closely involved in the department's work, providing guidance and support while allowing solicitors to develop their own client relationships and caseloads.
Role Overview
Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
Handle acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, investment work and development projects
Provide clear, practical advice on leases and a range of commercial property agreements
Work closely with clients, agents and other professionals to ensure transactions progress smoothly
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and dependable service
Engage in business development activity and support the continued growth of the team
Candidate Profile
Likely to suit a Commercial Property Solicitor with around 1-5 years' PQE as a guide.
You will ideally demonstrate:
Experience handling a range of commercial property matters
A solid understanding of land law principles and commercial property transactions
Confidence managing your own workload while working collaboratively within a team
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A client-focused approach and the ability to build professional relationships
