An established North West law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least four years' PQE to join its Liverpool office. The team is busy and needs an experienced lawyer who can run their own caseload while providing additional support and supervision to more junior colleagues.

The firm has an established commercial litigation practice and is looking to strengthen the team at an experienced solicitor level. This hire will add greater depth between the junior lawyers and senior management, providing additional experience and stability as the practice continues to grow.
Role Overview
- Manage a busy commercial litigation caseload with minimal supervision.
- Work closely with an experienced senior lawyer within the Liverpool team.
- Supervise and support junior lawyers, providing guidance where needed.
- Act as an experienced point of contact between junior colleagues and the senior management team.
- Contribute to the continued development of a busy and growing commercial litigation practice.
- Take on a level of responsibility appropriate to an experienced commercial disputes lawyer.
Candidate Profile
Likely to suit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with around 4+ years' PQE as a guide.
You'll need to be comfortable managing a busy caseload without requiring significant supervision, while also being willing and able to support more junior lawyers.
The key requirement is someone who can bring experience, judgement and stability to the team and who is interested in playing a broader role as the practice develops.
Offer and Benefits
Salary up to £85,000, depending on experience and level.
The role is based in Liverpool.
