About the Firm
The firm advises a varied client base and has a seven-person property litigation team. The team works closely with colleagues across the wider Commercial Property department, handling commercial disputes alongside a smaller amount of residential work.
Role Overview
Handle a varied caseload of predominantly commercial property disputes.
Advise on section 25 and section 26 matters.
Deal with notices, enforcement and dilapidations.
Advise clients on general property disputes.
Work closely with colleagues across the wider Commercial Property team.
Candidate Profile
A qualified solicitor, ideally with at least three years' PQE in property litigation.
Experience handling commercial property disputes.
Commercial litigators with relevant property disputes experience will also be considered.
Confident advising clients and working collaboratively with colleagues.
