An established Chester law firm is looking to appoint a recently qualified Private Client Solicitor to join its highly regarded Wills, Trusts and Tax team.
This is a strong opportunity for a junior solicitor who wants to develop their technical private client experience alongside an experienced Senior Solicitor, with exposure to high-quality work for high net worth individuals.

The Wills, Trusts and Tax team is recognised by both The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners and advises high net worth individuals on protecting and managing their personal and family wealth.
You'll join an established specialist team with access to experienced lawyers and a good platform for developing your private client career.
Role Overview
Advise on wills, probate, trusts and estate administration.
Work closely with a Senior Solicitor on more complex private client matters.
Gain exposure to inheritance tax planning, asset protection and capital tax issues.
Support and advise high net worth individuals and families.
Take responsibility for progressing matters, managing deadlines and maintaining accurate files.
Develop your technical knowledge across a broad range of wills, trusts and estate work.
Candidate Profile
Likely to suit a solicitor from NQ to around 2 PQE as a guide, with previous private client experience gained during training or since qualification.
You'll need a good grounding in wills, probate, trusts and estate administration, together with the ability to manage competing deadlines and communicate clearly with clients.
Experience of advising high net worth clients or dealing with inheritance tax and asset protection matters would be particularly useful, although the opportunity to develop this experience is an important part of the role.
