A leading regional law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE as part of the continued growth of its Shrewsbury team.
You'll join an established wider property practice and work directly with experienced Partners across acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development and property finance. There's also scope to take greater ownership of client relationships and develop your profile in the Shropshire market.

The firm is a substantial regional practice with more than 200 people and an established presence across Shropshire and the West Midlands. It is recognised by both The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.
The Commercial Property team works across several offices, giving you access to experienced lawyers and a wider client base while developing your own position within the Shrewsbury practice.
Role Overview
- Advise on commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
- Handle landlord and tenant matters and commercial leasing.
- Work on development projects and property finance transactions.
- Manage your own matters while working alongside experienced Partners on more complex transactions.
- Build and develop relationships with existing clients across the region.
- Get involved in networking, marketing and business development as your profile develops.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the Commercial Property team in Shrewsbury.
Candidate Profile
You'll need to be a UK-qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE.
The firm is looking for someone with broad commercial property experience who can take responsibility for their own matters while recognising when to involve senior colleagues.
You'll also need an interest in developing client relationships and your own professional network. You don't need to arrive with a following, but this is a role for someone who wants to become increasingly visible to clients and contacts as their career develops.
