A growing North West law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with around 4+ years' PQE to join its Chester team.
The commercial property practice is busy and continuing to grow, creating an opportunity for someone who wants a varied caseload, plenty of direct client contact and the autonomy to take transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
About the Firm
The firm has an established commercial property practice advising businesses ranging from start-ups and owner-managed companies through to SMEs and national brands.
You'll join an experienced team with the opportunity to handle your own matters while working alongside partners on larger and more complex transactions.
Role Overview
- Handle acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
- Advise on landlord and tenant matters, including drafting and negotiating leases.
- Work on development projects, refinancing and auction transactions.
- Manage transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
- Work alongside partners on complex and higher-value property matters.
- Develop and maintain direct relationships with clients.
- Contribute to networking and wider business development activity as the practice continues to grow.
Candidate Profile
Likely to suit a Commercial Property Solicitor with around 4+ years' PQE as a guide.
You'll need a solid background in commercial property and the technical ability to manage your own transactions with a good degree of autonomy.
Experience of planning or development work would be particularly useful, although it isn't essential.
The role should suit someone who enjoys direct client contact and wants to develop their own relationships while remaining part of an established property team.
