A respected and well-established regional firm, is looking for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team in Rochdale. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with up to 5 years PQE to take the next step in their career within a supportive, progressive, and team-oriented environment.
About the Role
In this role, you will manage a diverse and interesting caseload, including commercial property sales and purchases, leases, and refinancing. While previous exposure to development work is a plus, it is not essential. You will be part of a close-knit team made up of three senior solicitors, two junior solicitors, and an assistant, ensuring ample opportunities for mentorship and professional development. The firm is known for handling high-quality, high-value work while maintaining a manageable caseload, which will allow you to gain broad experience and develop your expertise.
