ABOUT THE FIRM
Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Nantwich, Cheshire. This role offers the chance to shape and develop a thriving department, working alongside an established team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have the autonomy to steer the department, making it your own. You will be involved in a variety of services including landlord and tenant matters, commercial acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, planning and development, and more. The role offers hybrid working, allowing flexibility and a balance between office and home life as well as a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you will need extensive experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor, with a minimum of three years PQE. You should be forward-thinking, technically adept, and possess excellent organisational skills. A client-focused approach and effective communication with both colleagues and clients are essential.
