The Role
As a Real Estate Solicitor in Chester, you will join a busy and supportive team covering a wide range of commercial property matters. This includes acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant issues, development projects and property investment transactions. You will also gain experience in asset management work, with direct client contact from the outset. The role offers high-quality work, close supervision from recognised real estate specialists, and exposure to excellent clients.
About You
NQ-2 PQE, either newly qualified or with real estate experience from training or post-qualification.
Solid academics and strong technical skills.
Enthusiasm for commercial property and a commitment to developing your career in real estate law.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A commercial mindset with the ability to manage multiple matters under pressure.
