The successful candidate will handle a broad range of contentious probate matters including:
- Will validity disputes
- Inheritance Act claims
- Executor and trustee disputes
- Estate administration conflicts
The role will involve managing your own caseload as well as supporting on more complex matters within a collaborative and growing department.
The firm is open-minded on level and would welcome applications from solicitors with experience in contentious probate or wider private client litigation.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with contentious probate experience
- Have strong client care and communication skills
- Be confident managing matters with appropriate supervision
- Enjoy working closely with colleagues as part of a supportive team
- Be interested in helping grow and develop a specialist offering
