Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join their esteemed team in Manchester. The firm is renowned for its formidable local and national reputation and is exceptionally busy with high-quality, high-profile work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Corporate Associate, you will work alongside Legal 500 rated Partners, gaining extensive experience advising a diverse range of clients, including enterprises, SMEs, financial institutions, and FTSE 100 companies. You will be involved in a broad spectrum of corporate work, such as mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and private equity. ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should be an ambitious, hardworking, and self-motivated solicitor with proven experience in corporate law. The target PQE is 4 - 6 PQE. Strong attention to detail and excellent legal capability are essential. You should be willing and able to quickly immerse yourself in a varied and interesting caseload, demonstrating your ability to handle complex and high-profile matters with confidence and precision.
