ABOUT THE FIRM
Our client is seeking a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their expanding Corporate/Commercial Department. This role offers the chance to manage your own caseload while being part of a specialist team, providing support and supervision as needed.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will assist the Director, in developing and building on an existing, high-quality workload. This role is full-time, with the possibility of part-time work (minimum 3 days per week). You will have your own office and secretarial support, ensuring you can focus on delivering exceptional service to clients.
The salary for this role is dependent on experience and expertise. Additional benefits include 25 days of holiday plus bank/public holidays, a pension scheme, healthcare, and a performance-related annual bonus. An annual salary review is also part of the package.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you will need proven experience (2-3 years PQE) in corporate/commercial law. Strong organisational skills, the ability to manage your own caseload, and excellent communication abilities are essential. A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team will set you apart.
